Simple queries are ignored and blame is placed anywhere else for nothing progressing. They are hopeless. <br />My claim from Western Australia is being handled in NSW so the time difference is always a problem, even though they have offices in Perth. There is no logic to anything they say or do (not that they do anything).Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5787424356109083976.post-92149651555621869732017-12-15T02:42:39.175-08:002017-12-15T02:42:39.175-08:00Worst insurance company to deal with after an acci...Worst insurance company to deal with after an accident. Assessors report was done on 7th December. No-one did anything until I called on 12 december... still waiting after almost 3 weeks!!! Nothing gets actioned unless you keep calling them to check. Have not had 1 phone Call from them throughout the whole process. Advised today that money might be paid by 22 December.. Even VicRoads wrote a letter to us on 7 December to say the car was a write-off yet Resilium states they didn’t know and hadn’t received the assessors report...terrible administrative processes. The only positive comment I can say is all the staff have been lovely and friendly which has held me back from loosing my cool!!Ljr2108https://www.blogger.com/profile/11712999653844652736noreply@blogger.com
