First of all, it is stated that their premiums are certain to be the lowest price. To prove this point, I was overwhelmed that they have a policy that if you show them a better price from another company, they will lower their price by 25%, which I think is a very high percentage. Secondly, the next thing that impressed me is that when you make a claim, you will be getting a brand new replacement, not something that had been refurnished.
I looked at the things they insured and found two products.
The most obvious ones are mobile phones, including smart phones, iPhones and Android. What I found interesting and desirable is that a policy lasts for $12 months and includes full coverage for theft, loss and accidental damage. Based on personal experience, these three events are some of the most common ways a phone can be damaged or lost, so seeing that they are all covered under a reasonable price is something to not take lightly.
The other items that can be insured are tablets. This includes iPads, Samsung tabs, Android tablets and many more. Again, the protection features are very similar to those of mobile phones. You get a comprehensive protection against theft, loss and accidental damages.
At the time of trying to get a quote, I saw that there is an option to enter a promotion code. This means there is a chance that you don’t have to pay the full price, making your premium go even cheaper.
Depending on what happens to your handset or tablet devices, there are separate ways to make a claim. If your device gets lost or stolen, you will need to provide things like your IMEI, a police reference number and more. On the other hand, if your item is damaged then you will need to download a claim form and then send it to them. The good thing though is that it is written on their website that it usually takes two business days to progress the claim, which I think is a very short period of time.
